Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, a Democrat from Texas, raised some eyebrows yesterday with remarks she made referring to “two Vietnams.” Nat Thomas, a spokesperson for Jackson Lee, said she clearly misspoke.More like she didn’t know what the hell she was talking about: history. While this is clearly a partisan observation and request, can we get some black conservatives onto The Hill to replace these ignorant, Guam “tip over and capsize”, “good and welfare clause” embarrassments?
