Booker vows to ‘knowingly’ violate Senate rules to release secret Kavanaugh email, drawing GOP condemnation

The third day of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing opened with fireworks, as New Jersey Democratic Sen.
