A part-time anthropology lecturer allegedly slugged a College Republican at the California State University at Fullerton, Ariana Rowlands reports at Breitbart News.
The academic in question has been identified as Eric Canin. This is what Canin looks like according to the school's faculty pages:
Canin reportedly tried to wrest a sign away from a member of the local College Republicans counter-protesting a "No Ban No Wall" demonstration held by the terrorist-linked group Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). Canin denies doing anything wrong.
Bryan Ingalls of the College Republicans tried to prevent Canin from seizing the sign and was assaulted for his efforts.
University spokesman Jeffrey D. Cook wrote on Twitter that "any violent incident, however isolated, cannot be tolerated and is unacceptable."
Police are investigating.View Comments
