StatsCan just posted June numbers: Canadians heading to the US hit 2.3 million trips — up 5% year-over-year. That’s three straight months of increases. The great “boycott America” energy is clearly fading

Americans visiting Canada? Up 6.1%. Canadians returning from the rest of the world: +3.6%. International visitors to Canada: +5.5% (Europe +7.6%, Latin America +8.5%, Oceania +16% — helped by World Cup matches in Vancouver)

Trade-war rage was supposed to keep everyone home. Instead, more people are driving south again.
