Colombians are waking up this morning to televised images of shattered windows and panicked people running on the streets. Police and eyewitnesses say it was a suspected car bomb that exploded near Carocol Radio Station.
The bomb explosion was clocked at 5:30 a.m. and the location given as Bogota’s Financial Center.
