There was joy among the little people in Bogota yesterday when word hit the streets that the Hugo Chavez-loving Senator Piedad Cordba was kicked out of Colombian Congress.

Sen. Cordoba who danced her way through Colombian politics is now being danced on. According to Artesia.com, Colombia’s inspector general gave Cordoba the bum’s rush, disqualifying her for an 18-year period “for having promoted and collaborated with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), Latin America’s last remaining rebel army.
