Talking big from faraway Brussels, President Barack Obama, does just what people suspect Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl of doing: cut and run.
Folk suspect Bergdahl of cutting and running from his own military base in Afghanistan. Folk can see for themselves via the the Internet how Obama cuts and runs from the blowback that came in like an ill Afghan wind for trading an anti-American soldier for five top Taliban terrorists. The Taliban are chortling, already dishing out braggadocio about potential for their next American kidnap. (Time, June 5, 2014) For the Taliban, it’s now open season thanks to Obama, who’s rarely where he is supposed to be which is on the job. Instead he’s on deck for G7 meetings in exotic places, on the golf links or holidaying at taxpayer expense. Today, Obama, thousands of miles away in Brussels, doubled down about no apologies and sends a message back to incensed people who care about freedom from the ever increasing risk of radical Islam, everywhere.
It doesn’t get any more cut and run than that. Everything about this skunk leaves a narcissistic stench, including yesterday’s attempt for manly images of himself, pumping iron at the Warsaw, Poland gym gone viral over the Internet. There is no way on earth that a photographer could get within touching distance of the President of the U.S. for those pictures. Did the Secret Service take them, or just one of Obama’s countless PR flunkies? How is it even possible that the leaders of other civilized countries could welcome Obama to G7 under the present circumstances? How is it possible that the president of a country that still holds the status of superpower, gets so easily away with endangering the civil population of that country? Save for the leaders of other countries who want the same kind of control over their populations, we all get it, Mr. Soetoro: Being Barack Obama means doing whatever you want to your own people but never having to say you’re sorry.
