Governor Christie Travels to Hoboken for the First in a Series of Town Halls
Gov. Christie brings cap reform agenda for real property tax relief to New Jersey taxpayers
Trenton, NJ – Monday, Governor Chris Christie will travel to Hoboken to talk directly to New Jersey residents about Cap 2.5, Governor Christie’s proposed constitutional amendment to impose a 2.5% cap on increases in the property tax levy and state spending. This is the first stop on Governor Christie’s tour to deliver real property tax relief for the people of New Jersey. Governor Christie will be joined by Dawn Zimmer, Mayor of Hoboken. After brief remarks the Governor will take questions from the audience.
