How Long Was Hillary Clinton Holding Leash of Pit Bull Michael Cohen A little more than two months before Midterms, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has managed to have Robert Mueller III’s dead-in-the water, Russians-stole-the-election conspiracy replaced with a Paul Manafort-Michael-Cohen-have-a-better-chance-of-getting-Donald-Trump-impeached effort. And it’s a new “Get Trump” Clinton twist that’s already going through the roof. According to today’s headline, ‘Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort Give 5 MSNBC Shows Their Largest Audiences Ever’. “MSNBC shows got a big ratings boost on Tuesday from back-to-back news about former Trump associates Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen. (The Wrap, Aug. 22, 2018)
“Hardball,” “All In,” “11th Hour,” “The Beat” and “MTP Daily” all boasted their largest audiences ever on Tuesday, the day former Trump campaign chairman Manafort was convicted on eight charges relating to bank and tax fraud, and Cohen, the president’s former personal attorney, pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations. “Additionally, “Maddow,” “Deadline” and “The Last Word” all got their second-most total viewers of all time on Tuesday.” “Each of these records and near-records exclude political conventions, debates and election nights. “With 3.893 million total viewers, “The Rachel Maddow Show” was the most-watched show on all of cable on Tuesday night, followed by its lead-out “The Last Word,” which was watched by 3.339 million viewers.
The far left networks have not only stolen the news, they’re running to ground with it. Thanks to Hill, they have managed to etch in stone that the paid-for-truth teller Michael Cohen will lead to a Midterm blue wave that will FINALLY ensure President Donald Trump’s Impeachment.
The Democrats and the Deep State they control are over the moon while the social media muzzle is effectively keeping conservative voices suppressed. Hillary and gang are yelling “Woohoo!” down the rain barrel at the rest of us. But we can expect slip-ups from Michael Cohen now coached by Clinton lawyer Lanny Davis. Today’s Fox headline: ‘Cohen lawyer, in solicitation snafu, promotes non existent website that now leads to Trump campaign homepage’. Yesterday Michael Cohen's lawyer, Lanny Davis, pointed viewers to a website where they could donate funds to help President Trump's former attorney. “Michael Cohen lawyer Lanny Davis on Wednesday mistakenly promoted a nonexistent website where he said supporters could donate to his client's legal fund -- but the site didn't stay dormant for long. (FoxNews, Aug. 22, 2018)
“It now redirects to President Trump campaign website donaldjtrump.com, which urges visitors to contribute to re-elect the president and "Make America Great Again.” "I know that when [Cohen] retained me, as recently as yesterday, he's committed to telling the truth, and we've actually set up a website with the name 'truth' in it, called michaelcohentruth.com," Davis told Fox News' "America's Newsroom" on Wednesday. "And he's looking for help from people who want to give donations to help him tell the truth.” “Davis repeated the inaccurate website address later in the interview, saying that Cohen "has gone through a lot, his family has suffered, he's in financial distress -- we've set up a Gofundme site, called michaelcohentruth.com, and we're hoping that people who want him to tell the truth about Donald Trump will contribute to that site.” “That website was inactive at the time of Davis' comment early Wednesday, but was snatched up quickly. Publicly available information about the domain name's registration hides the owner of the website through a proxy service, but reveals that the URL was purchased on Wednesday. “A Trump campaign official denied involvement in a statement to Fox News, saying anyone could have purchased the nonexistent address Davis mentioned and rerouted it to Trump's homepage for as little as $7.

“Davis apparently intended to provide a slightly different website address, which as of late afternoon links to a Gofundme page that has raised more than $50,000 for Cohen out of a $500,000 goal. "Michael decided to put his family and his country first," the Gofundme page says. "Now Michael needs your financial help -- to pay his legal fees. The Michael Cohen Truth Fund is a transparent trust account, with all donations going to help Michael Cohen and his family as he goes forward on his journey to tell the truth about Donald Trump.” “Cohen becomes the latest in a string of former Trump administration insiders who have resorted to fundraising amid mounting legal troubles, including FBI Deputy Director Andy McCabe and agent Peter Strzok, who were both fired after internal reviews found that they had violated the agency's policies. “News that Cohen had reached a deal with federal prosecutors in which he implicated Trump in potential campaign finance violations rocked Washington, D.C. on Tuesday. Cohen, as part of a guilty plea agreement, said that he had made illegally large hush money contributions at the direction of a candidate for federal office, raising the possibility that Trump could have conspired to break campaign finance law. “For his part, Trump has played down Cohen's plea, saying in a series of tweets that campaign finance laws are rarely prosecuted at the criminal level, and are often handled as civil matters -- unless politics gets involved. "Michael Cohen plead guilty to two counts of campaign finance violations that are not a crime," Trump wrote on Twitter Wednesday. "President Obama had a big campaign finance violation and it was easily settled!"
"That was an apparent reference to a nearly $400,000 fine issued in 2013 by the Federal Election Commission against Obama's 2008 presidential campaign for a slew of administrative violations.  "Trump also wrote: "If anyone is looking for a good lawyer, I would strongly suggest that you don’t retain the services of Michael Cohen!” “Davis, a longtime Democratic operative who had served as special counsel to former President Bill Clinton, was mum as to whether Cohen had any knowledge about alleged criminal collusion between Trump officials and the Russian government. "I'm not going to answer questions until Mr. Mueller is finished with his investigation," Davis said, referring to Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Davis added that there's "no question" that Trump had committed a federal campaign finance violation, and suggested it would be legally permissible for prosecutors to indict the president."
Folks may have forgotten that Cohen has a thing about setting up websites. Back in 2011, Canada Free Press described Cohen, who doubles as Trump’s chief political adviser, as “a registered Democrat who voted for Obama in 2008”. It would have been more accurate to describe him as an agent provocateur sent to the Trump campaign from the get-go.
According to ABC News, Cohen, who was later to tape Trump in lawyer-client meetings, was “known around the office—and around New York—as Trump’s pit bull. Some have even nicknamed him “Tom” a reference to Tom Hagen, the consigliere to Vito Corleone in the Godfather movies. As tough talking back then as he was when he said he would “take a bullet” for Trump, Cohen said in an ABC News interview: “It means that if somebody does something Mr. Trump doesn’t like, I do everything in my power to resolve it to Mr. Trump’s benefit.”  “If you do something wrong, I’m going to come at you, grab you by the neck and I’m not going to let you go until I’m finished.” According to ABC News, “Late last year, Cohen co-founded the “draft Trump” website, “Should Trump run?”  and the site has received more than 830,000 hits.” Would be more than interesting to see where the data gab collected by Cohen ended up. Media hoopla notwithstanding, there are some who would argue that Hillary Clinton failed to report campaign expenditures that led to the salacious Steele dossier—and that if anyone broke campaign finance law, it was Clinton and not Trump. But prosecutors who want Trump out of office, ignore that. Meanwhile those joining Hillary’s “get Trump” campaign not only lie, but now get paid for their lies.
