Here's an idea for fixing our financial ills. First, print enough money to give every adult $250,000.

That way they could pay off their debts, buy stuff, and flood the economy with money. Retail establishments, auto dealerships, and banks would be injected with capital so they could expand. The $250,000 amount would put everyone in the category of "rich" and as such, they become taxpayers who can "pay a little more". The federal government would receive more revenue. At the same time, print enough money to pay all the government debtors. That would stop the outrageous interest payments. Then taxes could be set for everyone, because they are all now rich, at a percentage rate that covers the "entitlements", military, and essential services. All loopholes would go away and all other expenses would be stopped unless re-approved by a Congress of newly elected Senators and Representatives. Every law, rule, expense should be approved on its own merits. Only stand alone legislation would be considered. We should start a campaign to get this done. We should ask the President to demand the Federal Reserve act immediately. Then everything would be all better. Charity Eavey
