In desperation after losing power in all three branches of government, Executive, Judicial and Legislative; Democrats are also losing their minds.

Judge James Boasberg ruled out of his district and into the Executive branch to quash Trump's agenda to rid the country from illegal criminal gang related undesirables and others who have crashed our borders. His action jeopardizes our security and is subject to reviewby the Supreme Court for violating the separation of powers. Entering the United States in review:

Only in special cases can a foreigner enter the US without a visa and if the entrance is to immigrate, obtaining a green card is required. Asylum seekers need to apply before entering the country.

Qualification requirements and processing can be obtained by visiting the American embassy or consulate in thecountry of origin. 

Residing in the US without having gone through these requirements should be grounds for deportation.
