It has been said that elections have consequences, now, after looking at Vice President Joe Biden for almost eight years we now know what kind of terrible consequences can be suffered by a nation by putting a IDIOT in the #2 spot in the Presidency.
My goodness, just to think about having Obama being incapacitated and having to have good ol Joe installed to be President, what a terrible fate The United States would suffer, maybe Congress would change the rule of Succession and bypass the Vice President and go directly to The Speaker of The House! Or preferably pick a American Stalwart from the Citizenry, and not from the Political Class!!
My QUESTION to this is, What year in History (approximately) did The United States change from the selection of Federal Senators and (POTUS) President & Vice President as provided in The Constitution (Republic) to a completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL method (democracy) of picking them by popular vote? I will say that less than 25% of readers can answer this Question with even a small modicum of accuracy with out looking this up!
