Ted Cruz, Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke offloaded an El Paso, Texas, apartment complex that he valued in financial disclosures at between one and five million dollars. The buyers were Patricia “Isha” Rogers and her husband, Steve Santamaria, public records show.
