Iran diplomatic idiocy

The Iran agreement prelims sound great, but... lots of luck. TO ANNOUNCE THE SUCCESS before it IS A REALITY is the WORST diplomatic tactic ever. Obamaflakes now MUST complete the expressed outcome or look like the idiots they are.
