“The bipartisan electors' letter raises very grave issues involving our national security,” Podesta said in a statement Monday. “Electors have a solemn responsibility under the Constitution and we support their efforts to have their questions addressed.”Given Clinton’s unsecured email server, Podesta’s got some gall talking about national security. And in his world, “bipartisan” is nine Democratic Electors to one confused #NeverTrumper.
“Each day that month, our campaign decried the interference of Russia in our campaign and its evident goal of hurting our campaign to aid Donald Trump,” he said. “Despite our protestations, this matter did not receive the attention it deserved by the media in the campaign. We now know that the CIA has determined Russia's interference in our elections was for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. This should distress every American.” (Politico) “Shortly after Podesta's statement, the Democratic National Committee disseminated a POLITICO story that revealed the electors' call for a briefing. Two Democratic members of Congress have also suggested the Electoral College should take an active role in reassessing — or stopping — a Trump presidency. “One of them, Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee, told POLITICO on Monday that Trump is a "potentially dangerous president." "It became clear to me last night that this man is not only unqualified to be president, he’s a danger to the republic," Himes said. "I do think the Electoral College should choose someone other than Donald Trump to be president. That will lead to a fascinating legal issue ... but I would rather have a legal problem — a constitutional legal problem -- then to find out the White House was now the Kremlin’s chief ally.”
John David Podesta (born January 8, 1949) is the former chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. He previously served as chief of staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama. He is the former president, and now Chair and Counselor, of the Center for American Progress (CAP), a liberal think tank in Washington, D.C., as well as a Visiting Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center. Additionally, he was a co-chairman of the Obama-Biden Transition Project.During his entire career Podesta has managed to ensnare himself everywhere from top level government posts to positions in Think Tanks and powerful lobby groups, and as a self-appointed spokesman for the UFO movement.
“Podesta is described as "a longtime advocate for government disclosure of UFO files." Podesta has supported petitions by some who believe UFOs are alien spacecraft to the government to release files related to the subject. At a 2002 news conference organized by Coalition for Freedom of Information Podesta stated that, "It is time for the government to declassify records that are more than 25 years old and to provide scientists with data that will assist in determining the real nature of this phenomenon.” (Wikipedia) “Podesta wrote the forward for a book by Leslie Kean titled "UFOs- Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go On The Record". The book details numerous contact events by these trained personnel. “Currently, he is the U.S. representative to the UN High-Level Panel on the Post-2015 Development Agenda” “On October 7, 2016, WikiLeaks started to publish thousands of emails reportedly retrieved from Podesta's private Gmail account. Podesta and the Clinton campaign did not confirm or deny the authenticity of the emails, along with a security firm that has tracked the hacking tools used, have stated that the Russian government is behind the leaks. “The United States Intelligence Community released a statement directly accusing Russian intelligence of involvement. Vice President Joe Biden told NBC News Friday that "we're sending a message" to Russian President Vladimir Putin and that the wide-ranging "clandestine" cyber operation will take place. The New York Times reported that, when asked, Vladimir Putin replied that Russia was being falsely accused. "The hysteria is merely caused by the fact that somebody needs to divert the attention of the American people from the essence of what was exposed by the hackers.” Meanwhile, the best way to keep up with poisonous Democrat strategy since they’ve been kicked to the curb by 60-million-plus Trump voters, is to follow the sound of the hissing coming from the John Podesta snake pit.
