Judge James Boasberg just Blocked DOJ from asking California officials to set aside ballots from voters

The order bars DOJ and DHS from demanding California segregate those ballots, the night before Election Day.

He's now the latest judge to step in, after a Clinton judge and the Ninth Circuit both refused DOJ's request too!
