Judge who blocked Trump’s sanctuary cities order sided with Planned Parenthood in baby parts scandal

An Obama-appointed judge who blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order denying federal funds to jurisdictions refusing to cooperate with federal immigration officials also protected the abortion industry by barring the release of undercover videos exposing the sale of aborted baby body parts.

“Defendants and their officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and any other persons who are in active concert or participation with them ARE HEREBY RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED from directly or indirectly taking any action to withhold, freeze, or condition federal funds from the Cities and Counties,” wrote U.S. District Judge William H.
