Kerry flown to Swiss hospital in stable condition following bike crash

Secretary of State John Kerry was flown to a Swiss hospital Sunday following a bike crash outside Geneva, where he had been holding nuclear talks with Iran’s foreign minister.

In a statement Sunday, State Department Spokesman John Kirby said Kerry is in stable condition and likely suffered a leg injury in the accident. The accident occurred near Scionzier, France, outside the Swiss border. Paramedics and a physician were on the scene with his motorcade at the time. More...
