Susan McGuire and husband Jim Downer want to get back to the mainland to see their daughter Elizabeth, who tragically lost her life during Hurricane Ian: Elizabeth, who had health issues called 9/11 on Wednesday, but they had already shut off emergency services.
“By the time they go to her, she was lost,” her mother tearfully told Evan Dean in the video.
“They want go get back to the mainland to see her but can’t,” Dean explained.
