Let’s Make The New Year 2025 The One That Kicks the Radical Left Out of Our Children's Lives

In these dark and worrisome days, in CFP’s our new Nova Scotia home, I delight in hearing the stories of a new friend’s four grandchildren. Listening to them takes me back to memories of better days when children were safe and sound from the horrific creations of the Woke Left. My friend is a loving “Grandma” to four young grandchildren, two of them not yet one year old.

I told Tinker Bell all of my problems, real and imagined

Having grown up in the days when Mickey Mouse and Tinker Bell were Disney’s two top stars, both the parents and grandparents of these dear little ones go out of their way to keep them from the growing trend of Drag Queens at the once harmless…Public Library.

Back in the day when this writer made Tinker Bell her imaginary friend, she carried a small handkerchief (hanky) imprinted with the image of delightful Tinker Bell—everywhere she went, carrying on daily imaginary conversations with her.

I told Tinker Bell all of my problems, real and imagined.

When my family was moving from Maynard Street, Halifax, N.S. to a new subdivision on Federal Avenue, with four children and their toys, lined up in the moving brigade, my father discovered that I was missing and came back to see where his eldest child, might be.

“We’re ready to leave,” he told me.

“I’m not going”, I responded in my best 6-year-old voice.

“Why?” he asked.

“Because I lost Tinker Bell, and can’t find her,” I tearfully told him.

I never used the Tinker Bell image as a hanky, only kept the cloth emblazoned with her image in the pocket of whatever I happened to be wearing. Somehow when standing outside saying Goodbye to our Maynard Street house on Moving Day, a breeze which happened along, took Tinker Bell away, leaving me desolate.

Taking my Tinker Bell tears to heart, my father wisely began looking around the ground, hoping to find my ’lost friend’. He ultimately spotted her and returned her to me, taking me by the hand and bringing me back to the car packed with my three younger siblings and toys.

In those sadly missed days when Disney hadn’t yet gone ‘Woke’, Mickey Mouse and Tinker Bell were Disney’s two top stars.

“Her speech consists of the sounds of a tinkling bell, which is understandable only to those familiar with the language of the fairies.”

Fine with me who had many conversations with her imaginary pal Tinker Bell, as a little girl who didn’t want to move to a new house without her.

Walt Disney who gave generations of children the delight of Tinker Bell would be heartbroken to see what happened to his delightful creation.

Tinker Bell is being replaced by Drag Queens—and not just at the library.

“…As the dark side of drag pushed transgression to the limits, however, some drag queens toned down the routines, pushed the ideology deep into the background, and presented drag as good old-fashioned, glamorous American fun."Enterprising queer theorists used the commercialization of drag and the goodwill associated with the gay and lesbian rights movement as a means of transforming drag performances into "family-friendly" events that could transmit a simplified version of queer theory to children.

“The organizers of Drag Queen Story Hour understand that they must manage their public image to continue enjoying access to public libraries and public schools. They have learned how to speak in code to NGOs and to appease the anxieties of parents, while subtly promoting the ideology of queer theory to children.

It should never be considered too late, to stop robbing childhood of its natural innocence

"Having begun with voluntary programs at public libraries, Drag Queen Story Hour has been remarkably successful, sparking a trend of state-subsidized drag readings, dances, and performances across the country.”

“When parents, voters, and political leaders understand the true nature of Drag Queen Story Hour and the ideology that drives it, they will work quickly to restore the limits that have been temporarily—and recklessly—abandoned. They will draw a bright line between adult sexuality and childhood innocence and send the perversions of queer theory back to the margins, where they belong.”

It should never be considered too late, to stop robbing childhood of its natural innocence.

No political bogeyman of any description should ever be allowed anywhere near innocent little children.

Let’s make the New Year of 2025, the year to boot the left straight out out of our children's lives.

Like Disney’s Jiminy Cricket, who sang the song, ‘When You Wish Upon A Star,’ parents should teach their children the bedtime Guardian Angel Prayer to restore the innocence of little children, and perhaps too, someday bring back Walt Disney’s delightful Tinker Bell.
