Little boy mistakes a bearded man in a coffee shop for Father Christmas

An elderly man's response to a young boy who mistook him for Father Christmas moved an onlooker so much that he took to Facebook to share the experience.

Mark Hurson, 39, from Ontario, Canada, confessed that he became 'teary-eyed' when he saw a young boy run up to a jolly-looking man with a large white beard and cry, 'Santa'. The gentleman instantly asked the five-year-old if he had sent his letter yet before saying goodbye because he had to go back to the North Pole to finish making all the toys with his elves.
