Man doesn't appear to know his kids' names after a 4-month-old baby was flung from his vehicle in a high-speed police chase

Fletcher hit speeds exceeding 100 mph. Arkansas State Police say they were unaware that children were in the car during the chase.

After the car flipped, police raced to the vehicle to find a 4-month-old lying in the grass.

They then found three other children in the car.

Miraculously, the children, all under 6, only suffered minor injuries.

Fletcher faces numerous charges, including four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
