NBC Reporter Tries to Ambush Trump’s Press Secretary—Gets Absolutely Obliterated.

Karoline Leavitt just ripped NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez to shreds—and taught him the difference between a criminal and a terrorist in front of the entire press corps.

Armed with scripted talking points, Gutierrez tried to manufacture outrage over why the administration wasn’t releasing more details about deported foreign terrorists.

He began by thanking the press office for information on recent ICE arrests, then pivoted to this loaded question:

“Why not release the same information for those who were deported to El Salvador?”

Leavitt didn’t blink:

“First of all, the information was released by the Department of Homeland Security,” she said.

“The individuals on the flights to El Salvador are foreign terrorists and those are counterterrorism operations. They are much different than the arrests and final order of removals you see on a day-to-day basis that law enforcement agents are conducting around the country.”

But Gutierrez, clearly out of his depth, pressed again:

“That information was not—to that detail—was not released by DHS then?”

Leavitt leveled him on the spot:

“I just told you the reason. It was a counterterrorism operation, a deportation of foreign terrorists, not illegal criminals who have been convicted of heinous crimes living in our American communities.”

Then came the final blow—brutal and surgical:

“Two different things: foreign terrorists, illegal alien criminal, two different things, two different definitions.”

“You should look them up.”

Game over.
