The endorsement has been confirmed on the
NRA's website:

Mike Castle thought he could bully his way into a Senate seat, but guess what, conservatives are uniting behind Christine O'Donnell the same way they previously have for Joe Miller in Alaska, Sharron Angle in Nevada, Mike Lee in Utah, Rand Paul in Kentucky, and states across this nation," said Amy Kremer, Chairman of the Tea Party Express.
The NRA's endorsement comes one day after Gov. Sarah Palin joined the Tea Party Express, and national conservative radio talk show hosts such as Mark Levin and Tammy Bruce, in endorsing Christine O'Donnell.
