Ask an Obama supporter what, exactly,the President has done to improve any aspect of life in the United States.
It is unlikely you will get an answer backed up with facts. You are most likely going to get phrases such as: "He said---" or "I think----" or "He will------".
Those answers are precisely what is scary. The President has an almost cult-like following of the very rich liberals, unions or the very poor takers.
He has few believers among the baby boomers, business people and non-union workers who are paying for all the government giveaways. These are the people who understand hard work, paying as you go, saving for a rainy day. They are the church-going scout leaders who lend a neighbor a hand.
Those who know the President has failed America also see that he has stolen a secure retirement from retirees and compromised their healthcare. He has killed or crippled countless small businesses. He has invested in pipe dreams rather than pipe
lines. He has thrown our money at pie-in-the-sky green initiatives and trashed our relationships with countries around the world.
I see lots of letters to the editor damning the Obama detractors, but I have yet to read many factual testimonies about all his accomplishments. This man, or any man, should be measured by his actions, not by his words. Blindly following a glib speaker has gotten millions of people in serious trouble.
