Pro-abortion Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf vetoed a bill Monday that would have protected nearly fully-formed unborn babies from brutal dismemberment abortions. State Sen. Michele Brooks’ Senate Bill 3 passed the state legislature last week with strong, bipartisan support.
