Guests may take advantage of rates of 50% off in all categories of accommodation. The exclusive 2- and 3-bedroom Villas at Fairmont Kea Lani are also discounted up to 35%. Rates for the “Renovation with Aloha” package for suites start at $219/night (plus taxes), reduced from a starting rate of $439/night. Villas are discounted to $975/night (plus taxes) from the starting rate of $1,500/night. The renovation of Kō follows the 2010 multi-million dollar renovation of all suites, villas and pool areas within the resort.
The “Renovation with Aloha Breakfast Package” adds a deluxe breakfast buffet to the reduced rates. The package includes accommodations in a One-Bedroom Suite or spacious Villa, as well as a bountiful breakfast buffet for two daily at Kea Lani Restaurant, with tax and gratuity included. The breakfast buffet features a made-to-order omelet station, eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes, Belgium waffles, link sausage and smoked bacon, as well as Asian style breakfast foods such as rice and miso soup. The buffet boasts a wide variety of local seasonal fruit including guava, mountain apples, rambutans and papaya. Fresh from the oven treats, such as mango bread and banana nut bread, are also baked in the resort’s pastry shop each morning. Rates for the “Renovation with Aloha Breakfast Package” begin at $254/night. Both packages are bookable now for travel between August 15 and December 16, 2011.
Along with the extensive remodel to the signature restaurant, Kō, the exterior of the building will also be refreshed with a new coat of paint. During the renovations, all resort operations will continue as usual and at least one restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch, and two options for dinner. Renovation work will be strategically scheduled to provide the least disruption for guests and will take place approximately 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with no work on Sundays.
