Right-to-Kill Lawyer in Schiavo Case to be Number 3 at DOJ

President-elect Barack Obama has nominated Thomas J. Perrelli to be associate attorney general, according to reports.

You may remember Perrelli, managing partner in the DC office of Jenner & Block, from a few years back. Perrelli represented Michael Schiavo in the landmark right-to-kill case that paved the way for Mr. Schiavo to terminate the inconvenient life of his wife, Terri.
