SEIU international secretary-treasurer Anna Burger sent a letter to Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.), a response to a question the congressman asked her at a hearing last week.

Here is the letter. SEIU claims that its Local 100 (headed by ACORN founder Wade Rathke) and Local 880 (headed by ACORN insider Keith Kelleher) are no longer affiliated with SEIU. SEIU also claims to have severed all ties with ACORN.
