The hyper-politically correct leftist mayor of San Francisco since 2011, Edwin Mah Lee (D), died early this morning. He was 65.
Lee was a token. He was San Francisco’s first Asian-American mayor, which in a sane country should not matter at all. His race and ethnic ancestry aren’t important and should count for nothing. Is it really a terrible loss? Lee will just be replaced by another cookie-cutter leftist kook. It’s a loss, for sure, but “terrible”? Nah. San Francisco’s crazed pursuit of utopia will continue. Rest in peace, Mayor Lee.Mayor Ed Lee’s death is a terrible loss for the people of San Francisco. He was a good friend & a vocal advocate for the city he served & loved. My thoughts are with his family.
