Parents and kids are a lot smarter than stuck-on-stupid Marxists dabbling in kiddie control and education

Barack, Michelle Obama schoolchildren
Children have always been political pawns where overbearing leftwing regimes are concerned. Political Science professor and small-time MSNBC weekend host Melissa Harris-Perry is tripping down the primrose path as carved out by the trademark lean-on-the-kids Barack and Mrs. Obama.
For almost five years Barack Obama has talked almost exclusively to university and school children. Imperious, duck-the-adults Obama has his very own Youth Corps. With zero experience and zero charisma, Michelle Obama has remained stubbornly on school children's’ lunch plate. Way down in the cellar of television ratings and neck-and-neck in a race for viewers with CNN, MSNBC is airing an ad guaranteed to cut through all the white noise with a primal scream for attention. MSNBC’s message du jour is that your kids belong to the community and not to you. Misfired, the message has already been drowned out by Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin, among others.
If parents have a collective message back for Ms. Melissa and ‘The Collective’ it would be: “Hahaha!” That’s because most parents know that leftists have not the patience, the resilience or even the fortitude to look after demanding children. Martinis, golfing, holidaying, partying, waiting for the next Botox injection leave no time for babysitting measles and chicken pox. Leftists in ‘The Collective’ have no time for kids. In fact, most shamefully they get rid of millions of them before they’re even out of the womb.
We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we’ve always had kind of a private notion of children. Your kid is yours and totally your responsibility. We haven’t had a very collective notion of these are our children. So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities,” says Melissa. A sure sign that the left are already celebrating the success of Common Core as envisioned by Bill Gates, who’s more into condoms than teddybears when it comes to education of the small fry. Canada Free Press and too many others to count are betting that both parents and kids are a lot smarter than stuck-on-stupid Marxists dabbling in kiddie control and education. Proof positive is the abysmal failure of Michelle Obama in the traditional, Mom-packed school lunch. The kids who refused to eat it, merely tossed Michelle’s menu out. Since we now all know that the Marxists in the White House will go to any length to unhinge you, none of us should be having a cow. “The idea behind this is going to be so appealing to so many people. So many people are going to say, ‘I love that.’ Because I’m freaked out. I don’t know what to do with my kids...They’re unruly. They’re whatever. I don’t know what to do. And so the State will relieve you of that,” said Glenn Beck last night. Fat chance! The only parents likely to throw in with the state rearing their children are low-information voters. And the idea of bureaucrats having to deal with children abandoned for the sake of government-generated convenience is the stuff of comedy. The Far Left currently running the government with the help of Hollywood and the Mainstream Media have jumped the shark on this one. Before the battle of all time has even begun, they’re already at the end game, counting on owning other peoples’ children. They’ve bought into their own baloney, the kind spewed out by Michelle Obama when she said in May 2008 from the relaxing sunshine of Puerto Rico: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation." “We” ain’t there, Michelle. As his cohort in radical activism, you can be subservient to “Barack”. None of the rest of us more independent types have to. Meanwhile, the nightmare world dredged up by MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry belongs in the same place as Michelle’s enforced school lunch: in the garbage.
