The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of a recent theft.
On Saturday, November 30, 2013, at approximately 4:20 p.m., the police were called to attend the Church of Stephen-in-the-Fields in the College Street and Bellevue Avenue area. It is reported that: - a bronze-coloured statue known as “Whatsoever You Do”, by the artist Timothy Schmalz, was taken from a plinth located outside the church The statue is a distinctive piece. Police would like to speak with anyone who may have information relating to the removal of, or location of, the statue.
