A suspected member of the notorious MS-13 street gang is accused of sex trafficking a 17-year-old migrant girl he recruited out of a Queens shelter — while still on the lam for allegedly fondling a 9-year-old girl years earlier.

Alfredo Morocho, 37, who was also hit with a bail jumping charge for skipping out on the 2018 child molestation case, is finally being held on Rikers Island without bail, according to officials and court records. -- More...
