Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona is one of a handful of Governors who are inundated daily with an influx of foreigners sneaking over the border. She and the taxpaying citizens of Arizona are coping with the problem created by this situation.
Governor Brewer has announced that illegals will not get an Arizona drivers license nor social services. This will likely bring another law suit from the Federal Government.
But, what is a State to do? They are denied the ability to secure their borders and receive no help in doing so by Washington. On top of that, the State is expected to carry most of the financial burden.
Jan Brewer is doing her job. The job for which the people of Arizona hired her. She is protecting and defending the citizens of her state. It is sad that the administration can’t understand and assist the states hardest hit by the President’s Executive Orders and ill conceived policies.
This President embodies the “Divide and Conquer” philosophy and we are letting him get away with it.
