I'm glad I'm not a college student right now. All student loans are now owned by the government and have just had a 100% interest rate increase delayed (but only for a short time).
Soon it will kick in. Because many of the students attending college are now financed by the government, colleges will be pressured to succumb to government controls on their
curriculum or they could lose student funding.
Then, if the California, 37-million dollar pilot project is successful, college students will be hooked on Obamacare and used to sell it to their family and friends. We are paying for this.
So students will graduate deeply indebted to the government for their student loans, brainwashed by the progressive educators and general atmosphere. And, they will be the first generation that is beholden to the government for their healthcare. This is a targeted audience who historically are in their "idealistic" years, before they face the real life challenges of earning a living, raising a family and paying the bills. When they wake up to the fact that the government takes the lions share of their earnings and provides them with what the government deems important, it will be too late.
