LVIV, Ukraine — Canada’s unlikely Cold War warrior received an intense schooling in international security issues at the recent NATO summit in Warsaw and during this week’s visit to Ukraine. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is a passionate advocate for a gentler world. He wants Canada to be a force for peace and change.
