“Greenpeace USA, a non-governmental environmental organization, said in a tweet that they were demonstrating at the bridge to "confront" President Donald Trump and "the oil industry.”How do you “confront” a president and oil industry execs when they weren’t even there?
“A video shared by the group shows several protesters using colorful banners to dangle themselves from the bridge over the water. (NBC News) “Travis Nichols, a spokesperson for Greenpeace, told NBC News that 11 activists are suspended from the bridge and another 11 are there for support. They plan to stay on the bridge for 24 hours, he said. “Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the department is monitoring the demonstration, and two northbound lanes are closed.”Silly sop authorities told reporters there were concerns about the 90 degree heat—and whether the protesters would have enough water! Do we sense a new chant here: “Don’t feed the animals, provide water to thirsty protesters instead!” Yet, the best line of the debate came not from the presidential primary hopefuls but from Greenpeace—when Nichols told NBC the protesters are "hanging in there" and "doing fine, right now.”
“As Biden began to speak about how he dealt with his family tragedies, protesters interrupted him, chanting: "Three million deportations." One of the protesters wore a shirt that said "No human being is illegal on stolen land” on the back, another: 'Defend DACA." DACA stands for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, the policy that allows some illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation.”We won’t bore you with the he-said-she-said routine while Drudge is already doing that, other than to ask why Joe Biden’s failing memory should be of such concern when mental health as a factor in recent shooting sprees is all but totally ignored by mainstream and social media.
“Look, a few weeks ago, a shooter drove 10 hours inspired by this president to kill people who look like me and people who look like my family,” Castro said. “White supremacy is a growing threat to this country, and we have to root it out.”Inspired by this president to kill people? For good measure, Harris, bringing up the rear on the **Drudge Poll**, also called President Trump: “a really small dude.” Forget the polls because the takeaway from last night’s debate should be: Stop watching Democrat Primary Debates or you risk being what the Democrats already are: PLAIN CRAZY!
