Rachel Carson, environmentalism's answer to Pol Pot, enviro mass murderers

Celebrated Environmental Killer

During the trailer for the Great Global Warming Swindle, a black woman from Africa asked if environmentalists valued trees over people. That's beyond a hypothetical question at this point, but now that greenies are claiming climate change kills people, that's nothing compared to enviro mass murderers like Rachel Carson.

Yesterday would have been her 102nd birthday and I'm sorry I missed it, but Rachel Carson - poster girl of the international eco movement - was a "mass murderer" to rival Stalin and Pol Pot. Was she really responsible for the deaths of as many as 50 million people? That's just an estimate. What we do know is that her landmark 1962 bestseller Silent Spring - the book that set a million and one green activists on the path of eco righteousness - was responsible for the worldwide ban on the insecticide DDT, the most effective preventative against the mosquitos which spread the world's deadliest disease, Malaria. In this way countless millions of people, mostly Third World children, were condemned to death in the name of ecological correctness.
And these same people believe we should listen to them or we're all dead. I'll take my chances.
