Get your facts straight and think for your damn self

To whom it may concern, You're recent posting: HSUS Knows There’s a Pet Shelter Problem (But Would Rather Harass Farmers) is so incorrect, ignorant, and biased, I can't believe it.

First of all, HSUS defends animals, cats and dogs are only two out of millions and millions of species. Cows, chickens, and pigs are animals, too (and so are humans. Secondly, they fight cruelty, and I'm not sure if you're aware, but animals raised to be slaughtered so that you can eat them edure incredible suffering. The painless euthanasia of shelter animals is nothing compared to the torture, trauma, and needless deaths caused by todays factory farms. That brings me to my biggest point. Ol' MacDonald DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. In the US over 8 billion animals are brutally killed each year, just so people can enjoy the flavor of their flesh. THIS is the reality of where meat comes from.
