In May 2022, the Canada Free Press published my article “The Time Is Right” wherein I addressed the fact I felt the Constitutional government of the United States had collapsed. Events up until that time left me puzzled as to exactly what we had. Now, with new information being revealed on a daily basis, I feel I have a much better picture of what I was detecting in May.

Boss Biden is not in a mental state to understand or execute the duties of his office

As I have watched the conduct of America’s professional career politicians, I have to wonder if the United States of America has a constitutional government or are we being controlled by a Marxist criminal enterprise? All indications I see seem to suggest that the latter rather than the former is the most likely answer. Allow me to detail the assessment I have made to have formed that opinion. Is there any doubt that the Biden family is a criminal enterprise? Joe Biden bragged on national TV while he was Vice President that he used American tax dollars to extort the Ukrainian government to stop investigating his son’s illegal activities in the Ukraine. Hunter Biden’s computer has revealed the family’s criminal activities which involves Boss Biden’s brother as well. The Biden family appears more and more like a crime family. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, chances are it is a duck. All indications are that Boss Biden’s family is still receiving money from foreign governments today. It sure isn’t because of the great business resumes of family members. Could it be payment for influence peddling because Boss Biden is President? I’m just saying! With each passing day, it has become obvious that Boss Biden is not in a mental state to understand or execute the duties of his office. When heads of state from around the world decline to show up for meetings with the President of the United States or even take his calls, the whole world knows and is now demonstrating their opinion of Joe Biden’s mental capacity. So, instead of having a constitutional Chief Executive, the United States has an unconstitutional shadow government that wasn’t elected by the people and is not accountable to the people. That is a clear violation of Article II of the United States Constitution. That makes the Executive Branch of the United States of America a criminal enterprise. I wish it stopped there, but it doesn’t because this criminal enterprise has co-conspirators that are aiding and abetting these criminal activities.

Conspiracy between Boss Biden’s Marxist Deep State bureaucracy and Big Pharma regarding COVID 19

The co-conspirators are the Marxist Democrat leaders of the United States House of Representatives, the Marxist Democrat leaders of the United States Senate, and a few RINO Republicans. Article I of the United States Constitution clearly assigns responsibility to the House to take impeachment action when there is a President unfit to carry out his Article II responsibilities. Article II, Section 4 states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” Furthermore, Section 4 of the 25th Amendment states: “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.” The complicity of the Legislative Branch in this criminal enterprise is evident by Congress failing to take action in accordance with the United States Constitution. When both the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch conspire to violate the Constitution by allowing for an unelected shadow government in place of a competent President, it looks awfully like a criminal enterprise to me. Then there is the conspiracy between Boss Biden’s Marxist Deep State bureaucracy and Big Pharma regarding the COVID 19 event and the untested experimental, chemical concoction they called a vaccine. All new evidence is that Big Pharma and the Deep State CDC knew these products were far more dangerous than they represented. While Big Pharma and their Deep State corrupt cronies become super rich, Americans and others in the world are dying and suffering as yet unknown long term damage to their bodies and possibly to any children they produce. It may be decades before we know the full ramifications of turning so many people into walking, talking lab rats. The Marxist Deep State lied and people died, and people are continuing to suffer and die. New data suggests the cure is causing more suffering and death than the original disease. This sure looks like a government criminal conspiracy.

The last piece of evidence is the fact that members of Congress and the Biden Administration, on national television and radio, incite lawlessness, incite chaos, incite riots, and incite their mentally unstable minions to violence. All these are criminal activities. When the Senate Majority Leader stands on the steps of the Supreme Court of the United States and threatens the Justices, that is criminal. When the Executive Branch’s Department of Justice refuses to enforce federal laws concerning threatening of Supreme Court Justices, that’s criminal negligence. When the Executive Branch is complicit by allowing foreign invaders to enter the country and is responsible for providing the invaders with transportation to infiltrate them to all parts America, that’s criminal treason. So, after reviewing this information, does America have a Constitutional government? Or has the United States of America’s government been replaced by a Marxist Democrat controlled criminal enterprise where enterprise corruption is complete and out of the control of “We the People?” Maybe, just maybe, We the People can start to take back our government on November 8, 2022.
