Hate is in the Mind of the Beholder!

The Southern Poverty Law Center reports a surge in the number of hate groups in the United States. The number is up 48 percent since 2001 according to the SPLC. Odds are if you are reading this column you either belong to one of these groups or identify with their socio-political involvement. I have decided to highlight a few of the more “notorious” organizations for your reading pleasure. (taken from DiversityInc)

General hate groups: 32: including the National Jewish Defense League; American Free Press; the Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints; Young Americans for Freedom at Michigan State University, which is the only college campus group to make the SPLC's list of hate organizations. The group was added to the list last year after it sponsored a "Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day" contest and issued a proposal calling for all-white-male control of the college student government. Anti-immigrant groups: 14. Five of the 14 groups SPLC lists are in California, which is one of the states most affected by undocumented immigration. Anti-gay groups: 9. With a third of the groups listed based in California, the list includes the Family Research Institute and state charters of the Traditional Values Coalition, among other organizations. These groups make campaigns against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people beyond morality issues and personally vilify and abuse them. Racist music groups: 14. These groups are generally "white-power music labels" that dispel hateful, racist lyrics in various genres such as White Devil Industries, Free Your Mind Productions, and Diehard Records.

COMMON SENSE REBUTTAL

Now that you have seen what qualifies as HATE, let’s look at the real hatred in America-- or I should say for America. Take just about ANY “black-rapper music label or artist” and listen to the lyrics that exhibit a hatred for American values, white people, most government agencies, and also a shocking degradation of women. Funny, didn’t see any of them on the SPLC list! How about the militant Gay organizations that spew hatred for anyone who doesn’t embrace their “right” to deviant lifestyles? Don’t see Moveon.org on this list, or for that matter the North American Man-Boy Love Association. Strange that the hateful acts of pedophilia and sexual bondage doesn’t seem to bother the SPLC. When the Family Research Institute is HATEFULLY attacked by gay writer Andrew Sullivan it is apparently justified under the First Amendment-- as long as it promotes perversion while trying to silence morality or simply erase any morals based argument. Illegal Immigration? Hate groups? Do you realize that 75% of Californians and over 65% of all Americans want an end to the influx of Illegal immigrants into America? For that matter-- put me on that list, and the anti-gay agenda hate watch list, and the anti-black rapper drug and sex culture watch list, and let us add one more hate group to the list. I am starting a new hate group designed to put an end to this nonsense. It’s the Hate Hate Groups Who Label Groups as Hateful Group.
