Open Equal Access to Justice Act of 2010

Help stop abusive legal fees to Green Advocacy Groups

Representatives Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Stephanie Herseth-Sandlin (D-SD) are introducing the: Open Equal Access to Justice Act of 2010

This bill will require that every payment of legal fees to any organization be posted on a public website in a timely manner so the American people can see which organizations are using - or abusing - the Equal Access to Justice Act. The Budd-Falen Law Offices of Cheyenne, Wyoming have worked tirelessly to dig out evidence of what appears to be incredible abuses. Help stop these abuses by signing your organization on to a letter of support. You can read the letter, and sign on here. The bill will be introduced the first week in March, and we need as many organizations as possible to sign the letter of support. Please do it now. You may also want to visit the Sovereignty Store. Several new items have been added. Visit our website
