We face a unique opportunity as a country. How we act and react to that opportunity will set the course for all who come after us. We have been conditioned to accept government corruption, poor education standards and information, political correctness in lieu of simple correctness, moral degradation and religious subversion. We have been cowed into believing that the foundation on which we built the country and on which we grew and thrived for years was wrong.
There are blatant recent examples: Terrorism is alive and well in Boston, London and around the world. The Attorney General is involved in the targeted harassment of certain groups. The IRS is engaged in intimidation. And we abandon foreign diplomats. The people can no longer stuff our heads in the sand and deny the obvious. It is time for this great generation to fight for their country one more time.
I pray (yes pray) that we have the guts and fortitude to acknowledge the problems and to fashion solution worthy of those who fought for our freedoms. I pray that we have the tenacity to continue to challenge the government. I pray that we have the bravery to speak out continuously against acts of suppression. I pray that we have the wisdom to teach our children the real history of the United States of America. I pray for my country.
