Nancy Pelosi: States Passing Laws to Protect Babies From Abortion is a “Dangerous Thing”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi slammed state lawmakers’ efforts to protect unborn babies as “dangerous” this week in an interview with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Pelosi, a pro-abortion Democrat from California, supports a “woman’s right to choose” abortion for basically any reason up to birth. She also has been using her political power to block a bill to protect newborn babies who survive abortions from infanticide. Speaking with the newspaper after the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear an abortion challenge from Louisiana, Pelosi said she is “very, very” concerned about the future.
