Carter’s plan of action has centered on “black liberation” which she intends to achieve through “revolutionary” means
In a report by Fox News, Carter’s ideas and agendas have been documented as well as some of her damning posts on social media.
Since being hired, her plan of action has centered on “black liberation” which she intends to achieve through “revolutionary” means. She has hired other activists to help her plan “how we will eat and live and grow after we burn it all down.”
Carter, who earns $75,000 per year, was hired after College Park, Maryland, adopted an agenda in the wake of the death of George Floyd in 2020 that condemns "systemic racism" and supports "black lives."
Carter now works under Mayor Fazlul Kabir. She supervises a team pushing for "racial equity" in city departments, policies, practices, programs, and budgets. However, her social media posts indicate a distinct bias towards the support of blacks in all cases and the denigration of whites without fail.
In 2020 she posted:
"Today I cohosted and occupied space with dozens of people who have committed their lives, businesses, and money to Black liberation. On all days, every day, each day. Lightworkers. Already planning (BEEN PLANNING) for how we will eat and live and grow after we burn it all down."
