Obama is Crippling our domestic energy industry

Obama, what a prince! As champion of the poor and middle class he persevered until he passed the payroll tax cut he so desired. What a guy!

Then there is the other Obama, as the prince of darkness, who, over the last three years, pulled out all the stops in his campaign to cripple our domestic energy industry. His success to date has doubled the price of gasoline since January 1, 2009, with no end in sight. He recently gave a speech in which he said that the future of domestic energy is in using algae [pond scum] to produce biodiesel fuel. That’s being done now at a cost of $30.00 gallon. Not much help. Then there is the department of energy’s leader, Stephen Chu, speaking before Congress, admitting that the goal of his department is to drive up oil prices. What we have is an administration willing to give a relativity meaningless tax break, which further cripples the social security fund, while deliberately hobbling all citizens by driving up the cost of energy. The cost of energy is integral to the cost of all goods. Not good for the poor and not good for the middle class. Perhaps it’s time for Obama to fuel Air Force One with pond scum while he crisscrosses the country on his three year, never ending campaign tour. Can you run a teleprompter on pond scum?
