Another deal at the expense of American citizens

I can't help but wonder to whom Obama owed a favor when his administration approved the US factory to be built in Cuba. The first in 50 years is an Alabama-based farm tractor manufacturer. Now, mind you, economically, Alabama ranks 46th out of the 50 states. The loss of jobs can only exacerbate the problem. I think that after 50 years, we shouldn't be rushing headlong into moving vital jobs to Cuba. What's the hurry? It seems that it will be awhile before Cuba moves into the 21st century. They need us much more than we need them. This is a good example of another deal at the expense of American citizens. Some might even say we could have used a good negotiator before we entered into an agreement that sent more manufacturing out of the country. Gladys Marsh Englewood, FL
