Protester kills lights at Trump rally - Trump owns it, as usual

Whatever you think of Donald Trump, you have to admit one thing. He's proven to be surprisingly savvy when it comes to handling the hecklers, protesters, and loudmouths who try to disrupt his speeches. In fact, I'd argue that his innate ability to use his most vocal detractors to his advantage has been one of the defining strengths of his campaign. So it was yesterday, in Atlanta.

As the AP reports, yesterday a protester pulled the plug on "The Donald's" rally, plunging the proceedings into darkness:

A protester at a Donald Trump rally in Atlanta cut the spotlights Sunday, prompting a surreal scene in which Trump led his supporters in a chant of "Turn off the lights!" Lighting director Bob Hunter told The Associated Press that he stepped away from his booth near the front of the stage for a quick bathroom break. He returned to a chaotic scene with shouts in his headset letting him know the lights were off. He said people in the area told him a protester had reached over and pulled a wire.

This kind of a curveball would throw a lot of politicians off their game. It's easy to picture Hillary standing there, in the dark, laughing nervously and staring into the wings until someone restored power. Not Trump.... ....And that, is how you do that.
