The Rainbow

John, the Baptist cupped the river water in his hands...and said "One mightier than I was coming..he said he only baptizes with water"..

The messiah would baptize with the HOLY SPIRIT and FIRE Lk. 3:7-18 The Rainbow Enjoy life, life is sacred life is not a rehearsal I was shivering so cold, they call this season, winter I walked outdoors I touched softness quickly snow melted in my hands and snowflakes brushed my face, this texture white, so light nearby, I heard some laughing what is the noise? Blades beneath their shoes, gliding etching on the ice that was once a cool lake, feels like blue, I conclude Above stormy skies that is hope without GOD the change feels black and gray soon droplets of water fell on soft petals the smell of fresh flower’s warmth is yellow warmth is gold warmth is spring I learned how to live in the light of warmth, Gods prisms; his radiant gems of love. I am breathed out of the heart of God and destined to return *"I" is an image of the Holy Spirit of GOD his warmheartedness is in the covenant the rainbow never ceases to diminish “GOD is in love with us and keeps giving himself to the world—through you through me” – “May many souls who live in darkness and misery, also know his love and life” --Mother Teresa of Calcutta “May many souls free themselves from becoming disembodied spirit’s, blind and totally alone, in the cold dense, heavy fog…. For to know GOD is to find him in living color “For GOD has a beautiful perfect plan” John 4:24 Published Poet- Linda St. Amand "Celebration of Poet's" "Hummingbird" Copyright 1998 The Rainbow Copyright 2013 "God's creative love nourishes the REAL ME" -Alfred McBride, O.
