The Witless Prime Minister

Well, unknown to many Canadians, meaning those who can’t/don’t tune into the Question Period at the House of Commons, it was quite the day, yesterday.

Independent MP, Kevin Vuong dropped a huge bomb-shell, in the final minutes of Question Period, where he asked the Prime Minister, if the Prime Minister was “wittingly” not informing people and/or taking action to protect Canadians from Chinese foreign interference--including one of the Prime Minister’s own Ministers.

According to MP Vuong there are 11 parliamentarians who are “wittingly or unwittingly”--meaning they are knowingly and willingly assisting China, or they don’t realize they are being used as patsies--assisting China in undermining our National Security. This includes a member of cabinet, a Minister of the Crown. This Minister’s job involves advising government/Crown, and this should shake Canadians to the very core. That the Prime Minister, who would have the names of the 11 parliamentarians, including this Minister, has not removed said Minister and/or the other members from the house.

With these people not having security clearance, with the statements in the House of Commons, and with Mr. Vuong and his affiliates knowing who are involved--shouldn’t this all merely be made public so government can, as Mr. Juneau-Katsuya (CSIS) says--get this cleaned up so we have peace of mind knowing that we can have security and faith in our government?

As for Conservative leader Mr. Poilievre getting security clearance--does he really need it? And when watching the last video--you hear there was interference in 2 different leadership races--but it doesn’t say whether it was for or against the leader…remember it can go either way…
